Background

I bring a systems-and-people foundation: curriculum design, facilitation, operations, and partnership-building across mission-driven and performance-based environments. I hold an M.Ed. in Adult Education, and I’m a PhD candidate in Leadership & Change studying ethical leadership and epistemic justice—training that strengthens my ability to see systems clearly, build trust, and communicate with precision. (Trilingual: English, Haitian Kreyòl, French; Spanish working proficiency.)
